RICHARD RHODES

From 1994 - 2000 Richard worked and lived in New York City.

Having trained in theatre he then went on to work as a female impersonator, creating the character Cookie

As well as appearing in cabaret shows, he also starred in his own 2 television shows “CTV” and “Go There!” as well as appearances in numerous music videos and publications.

Returning to the UK in 2000, Richard worked the cabaret circuit with Cookie making his film debut in the movie “Kinky Boots” and the sell-out show “Pieces of Me.”

He teamed up with Tracey to form Titch Productions in Sept 2005 and together they have just produced their first book “Drawn Words & Written Pictures” - a collection of poems written by Richard which Tracey has interpreted into art.

The project is ever evolving and Richard is currently working on the stage play to accompany the book.

			He is also the other half of electro- pop band Elektrasonique who have written the new Angie Brown track from the Drawn Words & Written Pictures project. Titled “Soul Song” the track is now in production, so keep checking the site for a release date. Other future prjoects for Richard include more acting work and a venture into the world of stand-up!
